Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-demand or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We provide Free Delivery Order Above $50 and its Delivered within 2-3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and location.
Free shipping is available for orders over $50 (if applicable).
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking page.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
For lost or delayed packages, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour after purchase.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at Support@aurastore.ltd with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items at no extra cost.
If you need an exchange, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
